Anchor Installers
These machines are designed for use in mines with different seams and provide fast and efficient installation of bolts due to the simultaneous use of two rods. The frame, feeder and spacer are designed for quick maintenance, which reduces downtime. The models of bolters differ in the running gear, the length of the extension and the drilling depth of the holes, which allows them to be used for various tasks.
Safety is a priority for CHETRA, the machines are designed with the operator's safety in underground working conditions in mind. The operator's cabin is equipped with ROPS/FOPS. The operator's station is equipped with an emergency switch. High visibility from the cabin and flashing beacons provide a safe working environment for operators on the machine and on the ground. Anchoring is carried out inside the protective cabin.
Anchor Installer TB 2035
The hydrostatic track drive is used, consisting of a multi-stage fixed-displacement pump. With the skid-steer control system and excellent power transmission to each track, the TB 2035 can rotate around its own axis and achieve 100% cross-country ability.
All high pressure hoses have a 4-wire braid with a safe working pressure of 45 MPa.
Low pressure hoses for auxiliary functions have a 2-wire braid with a safe working pressure of 24 MPa.
Anchor Installer TB 2245
Fully mechanized machine for installing anchors from 2.4 to 4.5 m long. Ensures fast installation of anchors due to the simultaneous use of two rods.
Anchor Installer TB 2040
The hydrostatic track drive is used, consisting of a multi-stage fixed-displacement pump. Thanks to the skid-steer control system and excellent power transmission to each track, the TB 2040 can rotate around its own axis and achieve 100% cross-country ability.

Dump Trucks
It is a highly specialized professional equipment that works in underground mines due to its low profile, and due to the articulated frame it has good maneuverability and resistance to loads. With the help of dump trucks of this type, crushed rock is transported to the surface and unloaded.
Bulk materials and rocks in mines make it difficult for a dump truck to pass through tunnels. Accordingly, the chassis and braking systems must be as reliable as possible. Independent drive of the wheel engine in combination with 45° articulation and unlimited oscillation of the central section ensures 100% traction at all times. Hydrostatic drive on four wheels instead of a cardan shaft and axles allows for more efficient transmission of power to the wheels. The reliability of the braking system is ensured by multi-disc brakes on all 4 wheels. Hydraulic release with a spring mechanism, immersed in oil.

Loading and delivery machines
It is a self-propelled machine with an articulated frame. It is designed for collecting and transporting to the surface or loading onto dump trucks rock that is crushed during work in mines or quarries. The CHETRA PDM models are universal for any tasks of this type due to a wide range of models with a lifting capacity from 6 to 12 tons. Two types of power are provided depending on the drive - diesel and electricity.
To ensure uninterrupted operation, this LHD is equipped with a performance monitoring system that allows remote diagnostics of the machines from anywhere in the world.
A distinctive feature of CHETRA machines is the use of a hydrostatic 4-wheel drive, consisting of a pump with a variable pump displacement and four separate hydraulic wheel motors. Hydrostatic traction stops wheel slippage and provides more power to the wheels, increasing efficiency by 12%. Independent wheel motor drive combined with 45° articulation and unlimited oscillation of the central section ensures 100% traction with the ground at all times.
